Looking for a ROCK STAR

Coyote Gasket is looking for our voice! This job is for a part-time, salaried 20 – 25 hours a week rock star that has the potential to turn into full-time management. The right candidate should be self-driven, extremely organized, and forward-thinking.  Must be able to not only have fun but also be able to personify our company values and customer service-driven approach over the phone as well as in written and digital communications.

Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Representing our company through positive interaction with all our clients.
  • Organizing office and scheduling procedures.
  • Communicating with all account receivables and billing.
  • Killer communication techniques with fellow staff as well as clients
  • Stellar planning and scheduling for upcoming installs and appointments.
  • Terrific computer knowledge and researching of new applications.
  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls and web inquires.
  • Reliable and trustworthy with a willingness to change.

Energy efficiency rebate instructor

Coyote Gasket / Gasket Guy of Arizona is currently looking for an energy rebate instructor. The position entails educating customers on the benefits of rebates to seal commercial refrigeration units.  

Primary tasks include:

  • On-site gasket/rebate surveys 
  • Identifying potential customers via map, site visits, marketing
  • Coordinating rebate paperwork, appointments and tasks with office administrator
  • Following up on surveys
  • Working with rebate partners to further program

This is a part-time mornings; 20 – 25 hour a week salaried position with a tiered salary structure after training.
